Hi, I'm Kayleigh. I am a qualified teacher who has a range of experience working with children with additional needs. I started my teaching journey teaching Year 1 and then went to work at a special needs school for a year. I then found my passion for tutoring and have been working with a range of young people ages 4-17 in a variety of settings.
I love teaching and feel it is important that learning is fun and engaging as possible. I want to help students to grow in confidence and reach their own goals through activities and careful planning tailored to each individual I teach.
I enjoy working with Forest 1st tutoring as they share my values and work well as a team to support young people.
I have experience working with a range of pupils with special educational needs. I have worked closely with autism, ADHD, PDA, Non-verbal pupils and dyslexia and have a strong knowledge of EHCPs.
In my spare time I like to do art, sing or look after my 7 guinea pigs.
