Hi, my name is Kimberley. I have two children and live in the small village of Landford. I know how important it is for families to find the right support for their child - I am very warm and approachable when meeting new people. I am genuinely keen to work with children and families, and to build positive relationships based on trust, encouragement and understanding. I love supporting people to achieve their goals and to grow in confidence.
I am caring and have experience in supporting children in education. I am excited to work for Forest 1st Tutoring because they champion children and help them excel. This is something I really value, as I believe every child deserves to feel supported, capable and proud of what they can achieve.
Before having my family, I worked in travel for 16 years. Since then, I have been working in hospitality, where I have enjoyed the interaction with customers and the chance to make people feel welcome. I have also been Chair of Governors, at a local school, for five years and I have worked as a swim teacher - both of which I loved. In addition, I help out on the PTA and enjoy raising money for charities.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends. I am interested in running and have recently started running for fun. I am also a fan of Disney films and know all the songs. My current goal is to continue to improve my health and fitness.
I am passionate about reading as I believe it opens doors to learning, confidence and imagination. I cannot wait to speak to you and find out more about your child and family.
