Lucy

Hi, I’m Lucy. I live in South Wales with my husband and daughter. I have a real passion for travel, especially trips to Florida, and in my spare time I enjoy attending tap and jazz dance classes. Much of my time outside work is also spent supporting my daughter’s love of dance and musical theatre, including coordinating and organising costumes for her classes.

I graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Business Management before going on to complete a part-time Master’s degree in HR Management alongside my early career in HR within a building society. I am also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built broad HR experience across a range of sectors, including large and medium sized building societies, a secured loan provider, a regional estate agency and most recently the pharmaceutical industry.

After taking a short career break to spend valuable time with my daughter before she started full time school, I established my own HR consultancy. Through this, I specialise in helping organisations build compliant, effective HR functions by developing strong people policies and processes.
